Things are going at full force here at Echo Fleet as we move into our new home, Starbase 371 more and more rapidly, I'm hardly being able to keep up with it all as it is. I've enjoyed seeing our growth as of now and am only more exited to see it continue, even though Echo Fleet has been in existence nearly six years we've stayed a small group, never more than 100 members, and now that is all changing. But I am more than certain it is in the best interests of our group so I say, grow baby grow.

I am working constantly with Admiral Robinson and all of the Division Heads to update our systems to the necessary standards of the so called "new and improved Echo Fleet" and as everyone else has said I promise all of Echo Fleet that there is lots and lots of change to come still, good change. Command is working hard so you can play hard so please be patient and considerate as we move through this challenging time.

To finish up I would like to extend my praise to two officers in particular, first, Commodore Aeon, my friend you have worked hard to get where you are today and I cant think of anyone else I would want as Head of Ops and the influential Second Officer billet, I am proud of you and know you will serve us well, I am exited to see what you have in store for us. Also to Lt. Commander Marlene Levenque, our new Head of Medical. I am glad to see you take so much command and initiative as one of our new members, I understand how difficult the change is and we are here to help you, I also look forward to your work with the ever so important Medical Division Lt. Commander Levenque, serve us well.

Fleet, lets keep doing our best and reaching for the stars.
