Greetings Echo Fleet,

As you know, the past Head of Operations, Vice Admiral Washington recently stepped down from his billet in Operations and retired from Echo Fleet after nearly four years of service. For the last year of his time as Head of Operations I served as his Vice Head and have recently become the Acting Head and will soon be sworn in as the Head of Operations. As times change and a new face comes into the position who serves as Second Officer (Third in Command) to the fleet there will be many changes.

As I have moved from Vice Head of Ops to the Head of Ops a new Vice Head is needed, please read the position outlines and the position requirements to decide if you have what it takes. Position Outline:

- Act as a Liason between the Operations Department Heads and the Head of Operations
- Conduct Press Releases at the discresion of the Head of Operations
- Collect Bi-Monthly Reports from all the Division Heads and evaluate them to present to the Head of Operations and Echo Fleet Vice Commander.
- Act as a Chief Advisor to the Head of Operations in their job.
- Keep Day-to-Day taks in the Operations Division running smoothly.
- Act as the Head of Operations in the event that the Head of Operations is unavailable to preform their duties.

Position Reqirements:

- At least 90 Days Time in Service with Echo Fleet.
- Hold the rank of at least Lieutenant (Junior Grade), a brevet promotion may follow if this position is granted to you.
- Have at least two positive written reccomendations from Senior Officers.
- Ability to write and communicate clearly and intelligently in English, knowing multiple languages is a bonus.
- Ability to be able to serve whenever you are needed.
- Not have any major citations or complains filed about you from Echo Fleet Security.
